How long is the shipping duration?
Shipping duration comprises processing time and logistics transit time.
Processing Time(1-2 business days):
After ordering, JCONLY sends an order confirmation email and carries out inspection, packaging, and dispatch within 1-2 business days.
Dispatch doesn't occur on weekends or holidays. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Logistics Transit Time(3-5 business days):
The transit time is usually 3-5 business days, although the exact duration can vary based on the different country and region.
unforeseeable factors like unfavorable weather, flight schedules, or customs processes could prolong the arrival of your parcel by 2-3 business days. Hope you can understand. We'll do our best to ensure you receive your package as soon as possible.
How much is the shipping cost?
Orders of $199 or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders under $199 will incur a $16.99 shipping fee.

How can I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll get an email with the shipment tracking number. Simply click the link to enter your tracking number, or your order number and email to track your package.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes on your website?
All orders are exclusive of duties and taxes on our website. For shipments to some countries in Europe and South America, import duties, value-added taxes, and any other fees will be charged by local customs upon importation and will be the responsibility of the recipient. We’ll assist you in handling it.
If a customer refuses to pay the fees, we won’t provide a refund or reshipment, and the customer will be responsible for any storage and disposal fees incurred by the package at local customs.
How can I modify the address?
If you notice an address error post-order placement, please promptly reach out to us via website chat or email at shop@jconlytattoo.com. We can't guarantee successful changes once the package has been sent out.
Other Situations
- If the logistics system indicates a return to the original shipper due to issues like an incorrect address or failed recipient contact, please get in touch promptly to verify the return status. Reshipping from overseas storage may require some time. Once dispatched, we will inform you of the latest logistics tracking number. Be assured, we are committed to ensuring you receive your items.
- If your package is shown as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check your mailbox and inquire whether family members or friends have helped receive it. If you still can't find it, please contact us immediately at shop@jconlytattoo.com.
- In the event of product damage during transit, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt via shop@jconlytattoo.com.
- Insurance option: If you don't receive your order within 50 days, we will resend it. This does not cover special situations. You can inquire about specific details by emailing shop@jconlytattoo.com
- Special situations: Please note that we won't offer reshipment or refund services in cases including but not limited to customers refusing to pay customs duties, parcels being held at the local post office due to customer refusal to pick up, or parcels already on the way of redelivery.
