1. Shipping Duration & Delivery Time
Total delivery time comprises processing time and logistics transit time.
- Processing Time (1-2 Business Days): Once your order is confirmed, we perform quality inspection, secure packaging, and dispatch within 1-2 business days. Note: Dispatch does not occur on weekends or holidays.
- Logistics Transit Time (3-5 Business Days): Standard transit time is typically 3-5 business days. Exact duration may vary depending on the destination country and local customs clearance.
*Unforeseeable factors (extreme weather, flight delays, or customs inspections) may prolong arrival by 2-3 business days. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Order Tracking & Address Modifications
- Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly via our tracking page or the carrier's official website.
- Address Changes: If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at shop@jconlytattoo.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the package has been dispatched.
4. Duties, Taxes & Customs
All orders are exclusive of duties and taxes. For shipments to certain regions (Europe, South America, etc.), import duties and VAT may be charged by local customs. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
*Notice: If a customer refuses to pay customs fees, JCONLY cannot provide a refund or reshipment. Any storage or disposal fees incurred will be at the customer's expense.
5. Delivery Issues & Insurance
- Delivery Discrepancies: If marked as delivered but not received, please check with family/neighbors. Contact us within 48 hours for further assistance.
- Damage During Transit: Notify us at shop@jconlytattoo.com within 3 business days of receipt with clear photographic evidence.
- Insurance Policy: If your order is not received within 50 days (excluding customs delays or customer-side issues), we will resend the package.
