What are the requirements for a 30-Day Money-Back for Any Reason?

1. JCONLY must be notified no later than 30 days after a customer places their order.
2. The products must be in condition, unworn or unusedwith tags, have original packaging, and should be returned with all accessories. JCONLY reserves the right to assess fees for any damaged or missing parts, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
3. To start a return, you can contact us at shop@jconlytattoo.com., Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1: Please email us at shop@jconlytattoo.com， and provide the  following   information :

• Order Number
• Item to return
• Item condition
• Reason for return

2:We will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours if your return is accepted

3:For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to JCONLY with the following information:

• Name of the courier
• Tracking number

How is the refund amount calculated?

1.  Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If an item was purchased on free shipping standard, the cost would be charged at our cost price and deducted from the purchase price.

2. Customers will return items at their own cost and time and must prepay all shipping charges or associated costs

3. The customer shall bear all risks of loss or damage to the product while in transit to JCONLY

How long does it take to get a refund?

•  Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned item has been inspected.

• The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made

• We accept no responsibility for delays caused by 3rd parties (such as payment processes, etc.)

How long is the warranty period of the Jconly products?

• The tattoo machines come with a warranty of 12 months The warranty applies starting with the date of purchase.

How to return equipment for repair or replacement?

1: To start a return ,please email us at shop@jconlytattoo.com. and provide the following information:

•  order number

• item to repair or replacement

• reason for return

• Provide clear images and videos of the issue (important)

We will assist you in thoroughly evaluating the root cause and determining the solution. as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
