Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy.

For any reason, if any customer is unsatisfied with the order, you can contact us to arrange a return. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

1. JCONLY must be notified no later than 30 days after a customer places their order.

2. The products must be in ”New” condition, unworn or unused, with tags, have original packaging, and should be returned with all accessories. JCONLY reserves the right to assess fees for any damaged or missing parts, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.

3. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If an item was purchased on free shipping standard, the cost would be charged at our cost price and deducted from the purchase price.

4. Customers will return items at their own cost and time and must prepay all shipping charges or associated costs.

5. The customer shall bear all risks of loss or damage to the product while in transit to JCONLY.

6. To start a return, you can contact us at shop@jconlytattoo.com.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

7. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned item has been inspected. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by 3rd parties (such as payment processes, etc.).

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
