Sinceramente, nunca había probado una impresora térmica para tatuajes tan funcional, precisa y eficiente a la hora de realizar las plantillas. La impresión es muy nítida, los detalles se transfieren con una precisión increíble y, además, el transfer sobre la piel dura muchísimo y no se borra fácilmente, algo fundamental en nuestro trabajo como tatuadores.
Se nota la calidad del producto y lo bien que funciona en el día a día. Sin duda, una herramienta que facilita muchísimo el trabajo y mejora la experiencia a la hora de tatuar. 100 % recomendada. ¡Una compra de 5 estrellas!

These needles are so smooth. I love how they feel going into the skin, there is no pushback or resistance. They are very high quality needles, definitely the brand I stick with.

I purchased 0403rl and 0603rl. These needles are probably some of the smoothest, most precise needles I have used. Very impressed with their quality and sharpness. I do fine-line work and they allow me to create a lot of intricate details.

L’imprimante thermique fonctionne parfaitement, elle est simple à utiliser et la qualité est au rendez-vous.
Mais surtout, je tiens à souligner l’incroyable qualité du service après-vente. J’ai eu des soucis de livraison, et la personne qui s’est occupée de mon dossier a suivi mon colis du début à la fin : échanges de mails, suivi régulier, vérification de la réception… Un vrai accompagnement personnalisé.
Après réception, elle m’a même recontactée pour s’assurer que tout fonctionnait bien. Je lui avais simplement indiqué que je trouvais dommage de ne pas pouvoir changer la langue du logiciel… et pendant la nuit, elle avait déjà trouvé une solution et me l’a envoyée dès le lendemain.
Honnêtement, je n’ai jamais eu un suivi client aussi sérieux et humain chez un fournisseur. Un immense merci pour le professionnalisme et la gentillesse.
